Childbirth Education

I offer online and in-person Child Birth Education classes. Starting from preparing your body, to preparing your mind, we address good nutrition, movements, and connecting yourself with the birth process. We learn about anatomy and common terms, the labor process, variations of labor and birth, caring for a newborn, postpartum recovery, and so much more! Online classes ($250) take place over MEET and are a comprehensive 3 hour course utilizing teaching modules on a shared screen. The in-person class ($350) takes place in your home and is great for groups if you have expecting friends! Interaction and questions are welcome! This is a 3 hour intensive.
